This action came on for consideration by the Court, and the issues having been duly

It is ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED that:
1.
Defendant’s Motion to Dismiss Pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(b)(6),
filed October 24, 2014 (doc. 8), is GRANTED in part, and all of the plaintiff’s claims against
the defendant are DISMISSED with prejudice.
2.
The taxable costs of court, as calculated by the clerk of court, are assessed against the
plaintiff.
3.
It is further ORDERED, ADJUDGED, and DECREED that the clerk of the court shall
transmit a true copy of this judgment to the parties.
