OF THE UNITED STATES MAGISTRATE JUDGE
After reviewing the Findings, Conclusions, and Recommendation of the United States
Magistrate Judge for plain error, I am of the opinion that the Findings and Conclusions of the
Magistrate Judge are correct and they are accepted as the Findings and Conclusions of the Court.
Defendants’ Motion to Dismiss Plaintiff’s Amended Petition for Declaratory Judgment, filed
January 15, 2015 (doc. 7), is GRANTED. By separate judgment, all of Plaintiff’s claims against
CitiMortgage, Inc. and Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. will be DISMISSED with
prejudice. Plaintiff’s claims against “Shelley Ortolani, et al. Substitute Trustees” will also be sua
sponte DISMISSED with prejudice.
