Finding none, the Court accepts the Findings, Conclusions, and Recommendation of the United States Magistrate Judge. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that Defendant’s Motion for Summary Judgment [ECF No. 24] is GRANTED. Accordingly, Plaintiff’s claims shall be dismissed with prejudice.
