20, 2017. The Court has reviewed the Findings, Conclusions, and Recommendation
for plain error. Finding none, the Court accepts the Findings, Conclusions, and
Recommendation of the United States Magistrate Judge.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that Defendants’ Motion for Summary
Judgment [ECF No. 13] is GRANTED. Plaintiff’s claims are hereby DISMISSED
with prejudice.
