ORDER ACCEPTING FINDINGS, CONCLUSIONS, AND RECOMMENDATION OF THE UNITED STATES MAGISTRATE JUDGE: Defendant's 8 Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(c) motion is GRANTED without prejudice to Plaintiffs ability to file an amended complaint by 4/5/2017. No. 3:16-CV-2821-M-BN ORDER ACCEPTING FINDINGS, CONCLUSIONS, AND RECOMMENDATION OF THE UNITED STATES MAGISTRATE JUDGE The United States Magistrate Judge made Findings, Conclusions, and a Recommendation in this case. An objection was filed by Plaintiff. The District Court reviewed de novo those portions of the proposed Findings, Conclusions, and Recommendation to which objection was made, and reviewed the remaining proposed Findings, Conclusions, and Recommendation for plain error. Finding no error, the Court ACCEPTS the Findings, Conclusions, and Recommendation of the United States Magistrate Judge. Defendant’s Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(c) motion is GRANTED without prejudice to Plaintiff’s ability to file an amended complaint by April 5, 2017. Plaintiff’s Rule 12(c) motion is DENIED. SO ORDERED this 21st day of March, 2017.
