IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that Defendant Tammy Sherman’s Motion for Summary Judgment on the Issues of Failure to Exhaust Administrative Remedies and Qualified Immunity (ECF No. 45) is GRANTED, and Plaintiff’s claims against Defendant are DISMISSED with prejudice.
