RECOMMENDATION OF THE UNITED STATES MAGISTRATE JUDGE
The United States Magistrate Judge made findings, conclusions, and a
recommendation in this case. No objections were filed. The district court reviewed
the proposed findings, conclusions, and recommendation for plain error. Finding
none, the court ACCEPTS the findings, conclusions, and recommendation of the
United States Magistrate Judge.
Plaintiff Charles Alan Garner is therefore ORDERED to pay the full amount
to initiate this action ($400.00) within 21 days. If he fails to do so, this action will
be dismissed under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(b) without further notice.
