ORDER ACCEPTING AS MODIFIED THE 6 FINDINGS AND RECOMMENDATION OF THE UNITED STATES MAGISTRATE JUDGE. Defendant PNC Bank, N.A.'s Motion to Dismiss, filed 3/31/2017 (doc. 4 ), is GRANTED. All of the plaintiff's claims against the defendan t are DISMISSED without prejudice, subject to plaintiff filing an amended complaint within 30 days to try to cure the failings pointed out in the Findings. Defendant PNC Bank, N.A.’s Motion to Dismiss, filed March 31, 2017 (doc. 4), is GRANTED. All of the plaintiff’s claims against the defendant are DISMISSED without prejudice, subject to plaintiff filing an amended complaint within 30 days to try to cure the failings pointed out in the Findings.
