ORDER
Before the Court are the Findings, Conclusions, and Recommendation of the United
States Magistrate Judge advising that Plaintiffs prose complaint be summarily dismissed as
barred by the three-strikes provision of28 U.S.C. § 1915(g). Plaintiff failed to file any
objections and the time to do so has now expired.
The Court has reviewed the Findings, Conclusions, and Recommendation for clear error
and finds none. It is therefore ORDERED that the Findings, Conclusions, and Recommendation
are hereby ADOPTED as the findings and conclusions of the Court. Plaintiffs complaint is
DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE to the refiling of an in forma pauperis lawsuit raising the
same claims as herein presented, but WITHOUT PREJUDICE to the refiling of this lawsuit
with full payment of the $400.00
