ORDER ACCEPTING FINDINGS, CONCLUSIONS, AND RECOMMENDATION
OF THE UNITED STATES MAGISTRATE JUDGE
After making an independent review of the pleadings, files, and records in this
case, the Findings, Conclusions, and Recommendation of the United States Magistrate
Judge dated November 4, 2019 [Dkt. No. 22], and Plaintiff’s Objections filed November
26, 2019 [Dkt. No. 23], the Court finds that the Findings, Conclusions, and
Recommendation of the Magistrate Judge are correct and they are accepted as the
Findings, Conclusions, and Recommendation of the Court. The Court does not consider
any attachments to the Objections that were not timely before the Magistrate Judge
in response to Defendant’s Motion for Summary Judgment.

IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED that the Findings, Conclusions, and
Recommendation of the United States Magistrate Judge are accepted.
