that the Findings and Conclusions of the Magistrate Judge are correct and they are accepted as the
Findings and Conclusions of the Court.
Defendant Aetna Health Inc.’s Motion to Dismiss Plaintiff’s First Amended Complaint and
Brief in Support, filed January 29, 2021 (doc. 8), is DENIED.
