ORDER GRANTING MOTION TO EXTEND
Before the Court is the parties’ Agreed Motion for Extension
of Time (doc. 179).
After review, the Court GRANTS the motion.
Accordingly, the following extensions are granted to January 19,
2012:
(1)
The deadline for American Airlines, Inc. (“American”), to
respond to the pending motion to dismiss (doc. 169) of Travelport
Ltd. and Travelport, L.P. (collectively, “Travelport”).
(2)
American’s deadline to respond to the pending motion to
dismiss (doc. 165) of Orbitz Worldwide, LLC.
(3)
American’s deadline to respond to the pending motion to
dismiss (doc. 163) of Sabre Inc., Sabre Holdings Corporation, and
Sabre Travel International Ltd. (collectively, “Sabre”).1
(4)
Sabre’s deadline to respond to American’s motion for
reconsideration (doc. 162).
In addition, the Court notes that several of the parties’
