ORDER GRANTING AGREED MOTION
TO EXTEND DEADLINES TO EXCHANGE EXPERT REPORTS
After review of the parties’ Agreed Motion for Extension of Time to Exchange Expert
Reports (doc. 208), the Court GRANTS it. Accordingly, the disclosure deadlines in paragraph 5
of the Court’s initial scheduling order shall be extended as follows:
1. The expert disclosures for each party plaintiff shall be due April 16, 2012.
2. The expert disclosures for each party defendant shall be due May 15,
2012.
3. Rebuttal expert disclosures shall be due June 15, 2012.
