The February 22, 2012 Order Appointing Mediator (doc. 238) applies only to the mediation of claims between plaintiff American Airlines, Inc. and defendants Sabre Inc., Sabre Holdings Corporation, and Sabre Travel Ltd. The terms "each party" and "parties," as used in the Order Appointing Mediator, describe American and Sabre. The mediation of claims between American and Travelport, as well as claims between American and Orbitz, remain governed by the Courts August 1, 2012 Order of Referral for Mediation in May 2012 (doc. 122). (collectively, “Travelport”), and Orbitz Worldwide, LLC (“Orbitz”), the Court GRANTS it. Accordingly, the Court CLARIFIES the following: (1) The February 22, 2012 Order Appointing Mediator (doc. 238) applies only to the mediation of claims between plaintiff American Airlines, Inc. (“American”), and defendants Sabre Inc., Sabre Holdings Corporation, and Sabre Travel Ltd. (collectively “Sabre”). (2) The terms “each party” and “parties,” as used in the Order Appointing Mediator, describe American and Sabre. (3) The mediation of claims between American and Travelport, as well as claims between American and Orbitz, remain governed by the Court’s August 1, 2012 Order of Referral for Mediation in May 2012 (doc. 122).
