The mediation of claims between American and Travelport, as well as claims between American and Orbitz, remain governed by the Courts August 1, 2012 Order of Referral for Mediation in May 2012 (doc. 122). following:
(1)

American Airlines, Inc. (“American”), and defendants Sabre Inc.,
Sabre Holdings Corporation, and Sabre Travel Ltd. (collectively
“Sabre”).
(2)

Order Appointing Mediator, describe American and Sabre.
(3)

The mediation of claims between American and Travelport,

as well as claims between American and Orbitz, remain governed by
the Court’s August 1, 2012 Order of Referral for Mediation in May
