ORDER REFERRING MOTIONS TO MAGISTRATE JUDGE
Before the Court are the (1) Motion for an Order Permitting
Defendant Orbitz Worldwide, LLC (“Orbitz”), to Share Certain Documents
with In-House Counsel Pursuant to the Protective Order (doc. 224)
filed by Orbitz and the (2) Motion by the Travelport Defendants to
Compel Discovery and for Sanctions (doc. 229) filed by defendants
Travelport Limited and Travelport, LP. The Court concludes that these
motions, and any other subsequently filed motions related to these
motions, should be and hereby are REFERRED to United States Magistrate
Judge Jeffrey Cureton for determination. See 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(A).
It is further ORDERED that all future filings regarding these
or any related motions shall include the following notation under
the case-number:
“(Relates to Motion Referred to Magistrate Judge
Cureton).”1
