ORDER: In reviewing the docket sheet upon receipt of the referral, the undersigned notes that the firm of Friedman, Suder & Cooke serves as counsel for the Travelport Defendants. In the interest of full disclosure, the undersigned informs the parties and counsel that the undersigned was employed by the Friedman, Suder & Cooke firm in 1994-1995 and the firm represented the undersigned in a personal legal matter in 2011 which resolved without litigation. If any party wishes to assert a basis for recusal of the undersigned in this matter, such submissions must be filed within seven (7) days from the date of this Order and be accompanied by a brief setting forth any legal authority supporting such motion.
