American Airlines, Inc. (“American”) and Travelport Limited and Travelport, LP
(collectively, “Travelport, ” and with American (the “Parties”) hereby agree and stipulate as
follows with respect to the Travelport Defendants’ Motion to Compel Discovery and for
Sanctions (Dkt. 229) (the “Motion to Compel”) and to American’s Third Set of Interrogatories to
Travelport (the “Third Set of Interrogatories”).
Travelport agrees to extend the deadline for American to file and serve its response to the
Motion to Compel to Friday, March 9, 2012 at 5:00 pm Central Time.

In exchange, American
