ORDER APPOINTING MEDIATOR AS IT APPLIES TO THE
MEDIATION BETWEEN AMERICAN AIRLINES, INC. AND TRAVELPORT LIMITED
(with instructions to the clerk)

On August 1, 2011, the above-styled and -numbered cause was
referred to mediation and the parties were directed to agree upon
an impartial mediator.
On March 1, 2012, the parties notified the
Court of their designation of mediator.
Consequently, Hon. Layn R.
Phillips of Irell & Manella, LLP, 840 Newport Center Drive, Suite
400, Newport Beach, California 92660, telephone number 949.760.5296,
facsimile number 949.760.5289, e-mail address: lphillips@irell.com,
is appointed APPOINTED AS MEDIATOR in this case.
Counsel for each
party shall contact the mediator within seven days of receiving a
copy of this order to make arrangements for the mediation proceedings
to commence during the month of May 2012.
Further, the clerk of the Court is directed to forward to
Mediator a copy of this order, the August 1, 2011 order for referral
to mediation (doc. 122), the February 27, 2012 order granting
unopposed motion to clarify (doc. 241) and a copy of the Court’s
docket sheet in this cause to the mediator via mail or email.
Further, it is ORDERED that Mediator, upon completion of the
mediation proceedings and in accordance with the Order for Referral
to Mediation, is directed to complete the Alternate Dispute Resolution
Summary (“ADR Summary”) attached as Exhibit B to this order and
electronically file1 the ADR Summary no later than June 7, 2012, or
seven (7) days from the date of mediation, whichever occurs first.
Further, if the parties' differences are resolved by mediation,
an agreed motion to dismiss or stipulation of dismissal signed by
counsel for all parties shall be filed no later than June 21, 2012,
or twenty-one (21) days from the date of mediation, whichever occurs
first.
