TRAVELPORT LIMITED, et al. § § § § § CIVIL ACTION NO. 4:11-CV-244-Y SECOND ORDER TO FILE THE ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION SUMMARY FORM Pursuant to the Order Granting Extension of Certain Deadlines (doc. 220) filed on February 6, 2012, “American and Sabre may participate in mediation rather than a settlement conference, and their deadline to do so shall be March 30, 2012. The parties are directed to the Court’s August 1, 2011 Order of Referral for Mediation (doc. 122) for details concerning mediation.” On February 22, an Order Appointing Mediator (doc. 238) was entered that appointed the Honorable Dan Weinstein (Ret.) Of Rutherford, California as Mediator. That order stated “that Mediator, upon completion of the mediation proceedings and in accordance with the Order for Referral to Mediation, is directed to complete the Alternate Dispute Resolution Summary (“ADR Summary”) attached as Exhibit B to this order and electronically file1 the ADR Summary no later than April 6, 2012, or seven (7) days from the date of mediation, whichever occurs first.” As of the date of this order the ADR Summary has not been filed. Accordingly, the parties must filed the ADR Summary no later than April 17, 2012, or show cause in writing as to why they If Mediator is unable to file electronically in the Northern District of Texas, he should return the ADR Summary to Plaintiff for filing. 1 have not complied with the Court’s order.
