("American")'s Motion to Compel Travelport's Production of Documents [doc. # 280], filed April2, 2012. On April 24,2012, Travelport and American filed a Stipulation regarding the above-referenced motions. In the Stipulation, the parties stated that they "have resolved the vast majority of the issues raised by their respective Motions" and, thus, "presently do not have any dispute related to either Travelport's Motion or American's Motion." (Stipulation at l-2.) Based on the parties' Stipulation, the Court concludes that both motions should be DENIED as MOOT. Therefore, it is ORDERED thatTravelport's Motionto Compel DiscoveryandFor Sanctions [doc. # 229lis DENIED as MOOT. It is further ORDERED that American's Motion to Compel Travelport's Production of Documents [doc. # 280] is DENIED as MOOT.
