Pending before the Court are two motions filed by Plaintiff American Airlines, Inc.: (1)

Motion to Compel Production of Documents Wrongfully Witt*reld Under the Guise of Privilege by
the Travelport Defendants [Doc. # 290], filed April 6,2012 and (2) Amended Motion to Compel

Production of Documents Wrongfully Withheld Under the Guise of Privilege by the Travelport
Defendants and Motion for Leave to File Supplemental Amended Motion [Doc. # 316], filed May

,2012. After reviewing the motions, the Court concludes that the original Motion to Compel [Doc.

# 290lshould be denied as MOOT and that an expedited briefing schedule is required for

the

Amended Motion to Compel [Doc. # 316].
Based on the foregoing,

it is ORDERED that Plaintiff s Motion to Compel Production of

Documents Wrongfully Withheld Under the Guise of Privilege by the Travelport Defendants [Doc.
# 2901is DENIED AS MOOT.

It is further ORDERED that the Travelport Defendants their response, if any, to Plaintiff
Amended Motion to Compel Production of Documents Wrongfully Withheld Under the Guise
