ING FILING OF REPLY TO PLAINTIF'F'S AMENDED MOTION Pending before the Court are two motions filed by Plaintiff American Airlines, Inc.: (l) Motion to Compel Production of Documents Wrongfully Wittrtreld Under the Guise of Privilege by the Travelport Defendants [Doc. # 290], filed April 6,2012 and (2) Amended Motion to Compel Production of Documents Wrongfully Withheld Under the Guise of Privilege by the Travelport Defendants and Motion for Leave to File Supplemental Amended Motion ("Amended Motion") [Doc. # 316], filed May 7,2012. The Travelport Defendants filed their response to Plaintiffs Amended Motion on April 14,2012. After reviewing the motions, the Court concludes that the original Motion to Compel [Doc. # 290]should be denied as MOOT and that an expedited briefing schedule is required for the Amended Motion to Compel [Doc. # 316]. Based on the foregoing, it is ORDERED that Plaintiffs Motion to Compel Production of Documents Wrongfully Withheld Under the Guise of Privilege by the Travelport Defendants [Doc. # 2901is DENIED AS MOOT. It is further ORDERED that Plaintiff file its reply to its Amended Motion, if any, no later than 4:00 p.m. on Friday, May 18, 2012.
