CIVIL ACTION NO. 4:11-CV-244-Y ORDER GRANTING MOTION TO EXTEND AND DENYING CERTAIN MOTIONS AS MOOT Before the Court is the parties’ Joint Motion to Extend Deadlines (doc. 357). After review, the Court GRANTS the motion. Accordingly, the following deadlines are EXTENDED as follows: (1) The expert disclosures for each party plaintiff shall be due July 25, 2012. (2) The expert disclosures for each party defendant shall be due August 27, 2012. (3) All fact discovery shall be completed no later than September 14, 2012. (4) Rebuttal expert disclosures shall be due September 24, 2012. (5) All pretrial and dispositive motions, except motions in limine, shall be due October 16, 2012. In addition, the Motion by Defendants Travelport and Orbitz (A) for Leave to Take up to Twenty-Five Fact Depositions and (B) for Expedited Treatment (doc. 325) and Plaintiff American Airlines Inc.’s TRM/dc Cross Motion for Expansion of Deposition Limit and Enlargement of Time and for Expedited Treatment (doc. 334) are DENIED AS MOOT.
