ORDER GRANTING REQUEST FOR EXPEDITED TREATMENT
Before the Court is the Combined Emergency Motion to Modify
Protective Order and Motion for Expedited Treatment (doc. 363)
filed by plaintiff American Airlines, Inc.
(“American”).
After
review, the Court concludes that American’s motion to modify the
protective order should be briefed and ruled upon in an expeditious
manner.
Accordingly, any defendant wishing to file a response to
American’s motion to modify the protective order must do so no
later than July 9, 2012.
American’s reply shall be due no later
than July 11.
