ORDER GRANTING MOTION TO EXTEND
Before the Court is the parties’ Joint Motion to Extend
Deadlines (doc. 381).

After review, the Court GRANTS the motion.

Accordingly, the deadline for each defendant to make its expert
disclosures is EXTENDED to September 26, 2012, and the deadline for
Plaintiff to file its rebuttal expert disclosures is EXTENDED to
October 24.

In addition, the deadline for filing pretrial and

dispositive motions, except for motions in limine, is EXTENDED to
November 15.
