TRAVELPORT LIMITED, ET AL. § § § § § ACTION NO. 4:11-CV-244-Y (ODD-DOCKET LAW CLERK) ORDER TO INCLUDE NOTATION ON ALL FUTURE PLEADINGS The Court assigns cases to its law clerks based upon the last digit in the case number--with case numbers ending in an even digit being assigned to one law clerk, and case numbers ending in an odd digit being assigned to the other. It has come to the Court's attention that the Court's even-docket law clerk has been offered employment with one of the law firms involved in this case. As a result, this case has been assigned to the Court's odd-docket law clerk.
