Re: American Airlines, Inc. v. Travelport Ltd., et al., No. 4:11-CV-244-Y (N.D. Tex.)
Dear Judge Means:
This letter is to inform the Court that American Airlines and Defendants Sabre, Inc., Sabre Holdings
Corporation, and Sabre Travel International Ltd. (collectively, “Sabre”) have reached an agreement to
resolve the above referenced dispute, subject to bankruptcy court approval. American is preparing a
motion seeking bankruptcy court approval of the settlement now, and will keep this Court informed of
the progress.
The settlement with Sabre does not affect American’s claims against Travelport and Orbitz in any way.
As the Court knows, those claims are stayed pending the parties’ mediation scheduled for December 12
and 13.
