AGREED ORDER OF DISMISSAL WITH PREJUDICE
Plaintiff American Airlines, Inc., (“American”) and defendants/counterclaim-plaintiffs
Sabre Inc., Sabre Holdings Corporation, and Sabre Travel International Ltd. (collectively,
“Sabre”), through their undersigned counsel, have informed the Court that they have settled all
disputes between them in this action and have requested that American’s claims against Sabre
and Sabre’s counterclaims be dismissed with prejudice. Accordingly, it is hereby
ORDERED that American’s claims against Sabre are DISMISSED with prejudice. This
order shall have no effect on American’s claims or defenses against any other Defendant in this
litigation; and
ORDERED that Sabre’s counterclaims against American are DISMISSED with
prejudice.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that American and Sabre shall each bear its own expenses,
costs, and attorneys’ fees incurred in connection herewith.
