ORDER RENDERING MOTION TO EXTEND MOOT
Pending before the Court is the Joint Motion to Extend Time for
Filing of Hewlett Packard Company's Motion for Protective Order (doc.

attorney for Hewlett Packard Company, indicating that the relevant
parties "have reached an agreement regarding the scope of production
by HP in response to Travelport's subpoena." As a result, the Court
concludes that the motion to extend is MOOT.
