Re: American Airlines, Inc. v. Travelport Ltd., et al., No. 4:11-CV-244-Y (N.D. Tex.) (ODD DOCKET
LAW CLERK)
Dear Judge Cureton:
I write on behalf of Plaintiff American Airlines, Inc. (“American”) with respect to its Motion to Compel
Production of Documents Improperly Clawed Back By Orbitz Under Claim of Privilege filed on January
29, 2013 [Dkt. 425] (the “Motion”), which was referred to your Honor on February 5, 2013 [Dkt. 432].
This afternoon, Orbitz informed counsel for American that it has withdrawn its privilege claims as to the
documents at issue in the Motion and re-produced those documents for use in this litigation.
Accordingly, American respectfully withdraws its pending Motion.
Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns.
Respectfully submitted,
s/Yolanda Cornejo Garcia
