ORDER VACATING OCTOBER 11, 2012 #410 ORDER TO INCLUDE NOTATION: Sabre was represented by the law firm Cantey Hanger LLP, which is also the firm with which this Court's even-docket law clerk has accepted future employment. Inasmuch as Sabre and Cantey Hanger LLP are no longer involved in this litigation, the Court concludes that its October 11, 2012 Order to Include Notation on all Future Pleadings (doc. 410) should be and hereby is VACATED. The parties shall cease using the "ODD-DOCKET LAW CLERK" notation underneath the case number of any future documents filed in this case. (Ordered by Judge Terry R Means on 3/6/2013) (mdf)

TRAVELPORT LIMITED, ET AL. § § § § § ACTION NO. 4:11-CV-244-Y ORDER VACATING OCTOBER 11, 2012 ORDER TO INCLUDE NOTATION On January 9, 2013, all claims against defendant Sabre Inc., Sabre Holdings, Corporation, and Sabre Travel International Ltd. (collectively, "Sabre"), were dismissed. A Rule 54(b) partial final judgment was issued regarding these claims on February 13, 2013. As a result, Sabre is no longer involved in this lawsuit. Sabre was represented by the law firm Cantey Hanger LLP, which is also the firm with which this Court's even-docket law clerk has accepted future employment. Inasmuch as Sabre and Cantey Hanger LLP are no longer involved in this litigation, the Court concludes that its October 11, 2012 Order to Include Notation on all Future Pleadings (doc. 410) should be and hereby is VACATED.
