OPINION AND ORDER: Be it remembered, on Jan. 7, 2009, the Court DENIED Deft Soto Vega's Motion for Continuance of Jury Trial 168 and DENIED Deft Soto Vega's Motion to Turn Over Corn Proceeds Instanter 167 . The Court scheduled Jury Selec tion for Jan. 21, 2009 at 9:00 AM, evidence to follow. The Court ORDERED the parties to make good faith effort to resolve all disputes regarding exhibits prior to Jury Selection. The parties shally notify the Court of any pre-trial disputes the Court must resolve no later than Jan. 20, 2009 at 1:30 PM.
