ORDER & Opinion. Based on the foregoing, the Court GRANTS Plaintiff's Motion for Final Default Judgment, Dkt. No. 6 and Orders that default judgment be entered against Defendants. Furthermore, the Court ORDERS that Plaintiff, Garden City Box ing Club, recover the following from Defendant: (1) $2,000 in statutory damages pursuant to 47 U.S.C. 605(e)(3)(C)(i)(II); (2) $6,000 in additional damages pursuant to 47 U.S.C. 605 (e)(3)(C)(ii); (3) $1,000 in attorney's fees. T he above sums, totaling nine thousand dollars ($9,000), shall bear interest at the rate of 7.5% per annum from the date of judgment until paid. Finally, Plaintiff's award is limited to this single recovery, for which defendant Alan Robert Sacks, individually and doing business as Island Oasis shall be liable.
