MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER denying without prejudice 20 Motion to Dismiss and denying without prejudice 22 Defendants Motion to Apply the Laws of Mexico. This Court, therefore, finds that the convenience of the parties and witnesses, in the in terests of justice, require transferring this case to the Northern District of Illinois, Eastern Division, pursuant to 28 USC Section 1404(a).
