MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER denying 94 First MOTION for New Trial, 93 First MOTION for Judgment Non-Obstante Veredicto Judgment. This court noted supra that the Defendant's motions were not a model of clarity. This Court, with this opinion, overrules any and all points of contention raised by the Defendant, whether specifically addressed and this opinion or not.
