OPINION & ORDER granting in part and denying in part 62 Arthur Andersen and D. Stephen Goddard, Jr.'s Motion to Dismiss; granting in part and denying in part 67 Richard B. Buy's Motion to Dismiss; granting in part and denying in part [6 9] David B. Duncan's Motion to Dismiss; denying 111 Plaintiff's Motion for Conference. Plaintiffs are granted leave to replead within 30 days those claims which the Court has identified as possibly viable. Defendants may thereafter file timely responsive pleadings. Because the remaining claims are against some Enron Defendants in prison or unavailable, the Court ORDERS that Plaintiffs shall inform the Court within 20 days whether they wish to proceed against these defendants through their attorneys, stay the case, or dismiss the case against all or any of them.(Signed by Judge Melinda Harmon) Parties notified.(htippen, )
