Box 61010, Houston, TX 77208. 1. January 31, 2008 NEW PARTIES shall be joined, with leave of court, by this date. T h e attorney causing such joinder shall provide copies of this O R D E R to the new parties. PLAINTIFF, or party with the burden of proof, shall designate E X P E R T WITNESSES. Designation shall be in writing to opponent. E x p e r t reports shall be served within 60 days of the designation. DEFENDANT, or responding party, shall designate EXPERT W I T N E S S E S . Designation shall be in writing to opponent. Expert r e p o r t s shall be served within 60 days of the designation. AMENDMENTS to pleadings, with leave of court, shall be made by t h i s date. DISCOVERY shall be completed by this date. MOTION CUT-OFF. No motion, including motions to exclude or l i m i t expert testimony under Fed. R. Evid. 702, shall be filed a f t e r this date except for good cause shown. See LR 7.
