The Court grants 62 UT's Motion to Dimiss, the related portions of 65 Baylor's Supplemental Reply in Support of its Motion to Dismiss First Amended Complaint and 55 Diakonos Motion to Dismiss the First Amended Co mplaint. The Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 29(b) factors weigh in favor of dismissal, and the Court declines to exercise supplemental jurisdiction over Gensetix's state law claims.
