ORDER - For the foregoing reasons, Dfts' 25 Motion to Dismiss for Failure to State a Claim is GRANTED as to the claims against Officer Dodson, Officer Stevens, and Jailer Gutierrez, as to the Eighth Amendment claims against all Dfts, and as to the state tort claim of negligence against all Dfts.
