ORDER TO TRANSFER
State inmate Darius Mitchell (TDCJ #01490309) has filed a complaint alleging
violations of his civil rights. Mitchell, who is of the Hindu faith, alleges that officials at

Walker County, which is located in the Houston Division of the Southern District of
Texas. The Court will transfer these claims to that division. See 28 U.S.C. §§ 124(b)(2),

The Clerk will send a copy of this order to the parties.
