ORDER. White-El has not shown standing to proceed in this matter, and the 2241 habeas petition of Rhonda Renee Walton is subject to dismissal. White-El is ORDERED to file, within 30 days from date of this Order, a properly supported and verified m otion to proceed as next friend of petitioner for purposes of this habeas proceeding. Petitioner may file a properly signed and verified petition in her own name. If neither are filed within 30 days this lawsuit will be dismissed without prejudice for want of prosecution and/or failure to prosecute. Petitioner is ORDERED to pay the $5.00 filing fee or file an application to proceed in forma pauperis with a certified trust fund account statement.
