ORDER. Uptown's motion to dismiss alleged insufficient pleadings to support a finding of individual coverage or enterprise coverage. The Suarezes amended their complaint and remedied any potential deficiencies, alleging facts that, if accepted as true, support a finding of enterprise coverage.
