is hereby ADOPTED by this court; Defendants' Motion to Dismiss (Dkt. 5) is GRANTED and
Plaintiffs Petition is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE as to Defendants Jeung-Ho Park a/k/a JP
Park and Global One Bank.
