ORDER ON DEFENDANT'S EXPEDITED MOTION TO CONTINUE TRIAL DATE AND DISCOVERY CUTOFF OR BIFURCATE OR SEVER CLAIMS AGAINST TILTWARE Before the Court is Defendant Tiltware, LLC's Expedited Motion to Continue Trial Date and Discovery Cutoff or Bifurcate or Sever Claims Against Tiltware and Plaintiff's response to same. After considering the motion and response and the evidence in support of the motion, the Court is of the opinion that the motion should be DENIED. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that Defendant Tiltware, LLC's motion to continue the trial date is denied. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Defendant Tiltware, LLC's motion to continue the discovery cutoff is denied. Notwithstanding this order, the parties may continue to conduct discovery past the cutoff date. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Defendant Tiltware, LLC's motion to bifurcate or sever the claims against it is denied. SIGNED on ______________, 2011.
