ORDER Before the Court is Defendant Tiltware, LLC's Rule 12(b)(6) Motion seeking dismissal of Plaintiff's cause of action for tortious interference with prospective business relations and Plaintiff's response to same. After considering the motion and response and review of the pleadings and applicable caselaw, the Court is of the opinion that Plaintiff should be allowed to amend its complaint after it has the benefit of the deposition of Michael Mizrachi. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that Plaintiff amend its complaint no later than 10 days following the completion of the deposition of Michael Mizrachi.
