FINAL JUDGMENT
Before the court in the above styled and numbered cause is the parties' Stipulation of

Dismissal With Prejudice filed December 5, 2011 (Clerk's Document No. 78). The parties request
the court dismiss all claims in this action with prejudice. Having considered the parties' stipulation
and the case file,

IT IS ORDERED that all claims alleged by Plaintiff Daniel R. Castro against Defendant
Entrepreneur Media, Inc. and all claims alleged by Counterclaimant Entrepreneur Media, Inc. against
Counterdefendant Daniel R. Castro are DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
As there remains nothing for the court to resolved in this action, the court renders the

following final judgment pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 58.

IT FURTHER IS ORDERED that this action is hereby CLOSED.
