MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER GRANTING SUMMARY JUDGMENT. IT IS ORDERED that Plaintiff Compass Bank's "Motion for Summary Judgment Against Defendants Carlos E. Veytia and Veronica L.Veytia" (ECF No. 147) is GRANTED. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Compass Bank shall have and recover $9,631,441.76 from Carlos E. Veytia and Veronica L. Veytia, jointly and severally, in addition to whatever interest and fees have accrued in accordance with the terms of the loans and guaranties since 09 /30/11, plus post-judgment interest at the applicable statutory rates or as allowed under the law. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Compass Bank shall have and recover $489,797.24 from Carlos E. Veytia, in addition to whatever interest and fees have accrued in accordance witht the terms of the loans and guaranties since 09/30/11, plus post-judgment interest at the applicable statutory rates or as allowed under the law. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Compass Bank will FILE a motion for attorney' ;s fees with supporting evidence by no later than 12/14/11 at 5:00 p.m. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Carlos E. Veytia and Veronica L. Veytia file any appropriate response by no later than 12/21/11 at 5:00 p.m.(MST). FINALLY, IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that both parties may submit a ProposeD Final Judgment, consistent with the Court's ruling, that they would wish the Court to consider for entry by no later than 12/21/11 at 5:00 p.m. (MST)..
