IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiff Del Sol Medical Center is awarded: (1) damages in the amount of $171,402.98; (2) prejudgment interest at the rate of.28% of the debt per day from July 7, 2010 until the date of this Order; (3) interest at the post judgment rate set forth in 28 U.S.C. 1961(b), to be compounded daily and annually until the judgment is paid in full;(4) all costs of court and attorney's fees; and (5) exemplary damage s in the amount of $171,402.98. IT IS FURTHER ORDER taht the above-captioned cause is DISMISSED. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that all pending motions are DENIED AS MOOT. IT IS FINALLY ORDERED that the Clerk shall CLOSE this case.
