Defendant's counsel Joel Kenny moves to withdraw. Counsel's Motion complies with the Local Rule, his client consents, and has been informed of all pending deadlines. It is therefore ORDERED that Joel Kenny's Motion for Leave to Withdraw as Counsel for the Defendant (Docket No. 13) is GRANTED. It is further ORDERED that withdrawing counsel shall give prompt notice of the entry of this order to his former client in accordance with DUCivP 83-1.4(a)(1). It is further
