DAVIS SCHOOL DISTRICT, Defendant. Case No. 1:12-cv-242-EJF Magistrate Judge Evelyn Furse Defendant, The Board of Education of Davis School District (the “District”), and Plaintiffs, A.W. and C.W., through their respective counsel of record, have conferred and jointly stipulate that pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 6 (b)(1) and DUCiv.R. 7-1(b)(1), the District may have until February 1, 2013 to answer or to otherwise respond to Plaintiffs’ Complaint (doc. 2). The District agrees not to seek further extension absent agreement by Plaintiffs or compelling circumstances. The parties hereby move the Court for an order (a proposed form of which has been filed with this motion) granting the stipulated extension of time. DATED this 4th day of December, 2012. MARK L.
